Evaluation

CHAMP Study data will be collected and stored in multiple tools throughout the study period.

Patient & Clinic-Level Data

Patient & Clinic-Level data will be collected in the CHAMP Research REDCap Project.

Clinical Encounter Data

Clinical Encounter data will be collected in the Care Management Tracking System (CMTS).

Implementation Data

Implementation data will be collected qualitatively through observations and interviews.

CHAMP REDCap Project

REDCap is a cloud-based data collection tool that will be used in CHAMP. This tool will be used by the Behavioral Health Care Manager and Consenters to enter the following information:

  • Patient eligibility data
  • Informed consent documentation
  • Patient registration information
  • Adverse event or protocol violations

Clinical providers using the CHAMP REDCap Project will receive training on how and when to use this tool to track patient eligibility, enroll patients in the study, and report any adverse events. For more support, providers may refer to the CHAMP REDCap User Guide for technical instructions on how to use the tool.

Access to the CHAMP REDCap Project will be provided to you by the CHAMP Team. Please email Kat James if you need access or have questions. You will receive a UW Net ID and password, which is required to login to the website. To access the CHAMP REDCap Project click the button below.

Care Management Tracking System (CMTS)

The CMTS is a cloud-based registry tool used to assist care teams in tracking patient measurement based care. This tool is primarily used by the Behavioral Health Care Manager and the Psychiatric Consultant. As a CHAMP research tool, the CMTS is used to collect patient-level encounter data.

Clinical providers participating in CHAMP will learn about CMTS and how to use it during their Clinician Training. Learn more about the CMTS.
