Participating organizations and their staff will complete a series of trainings to prepare for the intervention, including research, provider-level, and organization-level training. Included below is an overview of the training that organizations and their staff will need to complete prior to the start of the intervention. This training plan is expanded upon in more detail on the Intervention and Control Clinic Resource pages.

The CIT can be augmented to include other clinic staff who will support the CoCM implementation, such as a QI Lead, Clinic Manager, etc. It is NOT necessary to include the team’s Psychiatric Consultant on the CIT.
