Support Call Schedule
During the Implementation Phase of the CHAMP Study, BHCMs will receive additional support from their clinical trainers to troubleshoot clinical issues, perform case reviews, and review critical training topics.

Opioid Treatment Response Inventory (OTRI-4)
Below is a PDF copy of the OTRI-4, which is the measurement based care tool designed to assess patient’s Opioid Use Disorder symptoms over time. This tool was designed for CHAMP, and will only be used in the Intervention Groups
